⭕ Michelin Power 5 Superbike Tyre
Michelin Power 5 is the OEM superbike tyre specified by Honda on the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade, BMW on the S1000RR, Ducati on the Panigale V4S, and Yamaha on the YZF-R1M as of model year 2024. It uses the same Michelin 2CT+ dual-compound technology as the Pilot Power Cup 2 race tyre but with added rain-groove capacity for road legal use. The front tyre uses a single compound optimised for steering feel; the rear uses the dual compound with a central rib for stability. All four OEM builds use the 120/70ZR17 front and 200/55ZR17 rear sizing, making front and rear tyres interchangeable between four flagship superbikes.
