Mack Trucks R700
The Mack R Series was the first truck designed from the outset with driver comfort as a priority — wide cab, panoramic windshield, and a raised floor giving better visibility. Its ENDT675 Thermodyne could be specified up to 285 hp, making it the most powerful conventional truck of its era and the backbone of American heavy freight until the 1990s.
