🔧 Audi Inline-5 Turbocharged Engine
Audi's turbocharged 5-cylinder engine debuted in the 1980 Quattro and went on to define Audi's rally-championship-winning identity. The 10-valve version in the original Quattro produces 200 hp; the 20-valve version in the RS2 Avant and Sport Quattro produces up to 315 hp. All three variants share the same bore, block architecture, and Bosch Motronic injection, enabling extensive parts interchange between competition and road specifications.
