🔧 Toyota 2JZ Inline-Six Engine
The Toyota 2JZ is a 3.0-litre cast-iron block DOHC inline-six that became the internet era's default engine swap due to its near-indestructible bottom end. The 2JZ-GTE twin-turbo version in the Supra A80 produces 280 hp factory (actually ~330 hp) and will sustain 1,000+ hp on the stock block with aftermarket internals. The 2JZ-GE naturally aspirated version powers the Lexus IS300 and early GS. Both share the same block casting, head bolts, and accessory drive, making parts interchangeable across Supra and IS300.
