Harley-Davidson FLH Electra Glide
The 1965 FLH Electra Glide introduced electric starting to Harley-Davidson's big twin — a fitting name for the new convenience. With a 74 cubic inch Panhead (transitioning to Shovelhead mid-year), it established the Electra Glide nameplate that would endure for six decades as America's definitive touring motorcycle.
