🔧 Lamborghini V12 (Bizzarrini Lineage)

Ferruccio Lamborghini hired former Ferrari engineer Giotto Bizzarrini to design a V12 to beat his former employer. The result was a 60° DOHC V12 that first appeared in the 1963 350 GT and went on to power every flagship Lamborghini for 60 years. The Miura's 3.9L, Countach LP400's 3.9L, Diablo VT's 5.7L, and Murciélago SV's 6.5L all share the same fundamental block layout, bore spacing, and timing gear geometry. Arguably the longest continuous V12 evolution in automotive history, from 270 hp to 670 hp.
