🔩 WP Performance Suspension System
WP (originally White Power, now WP Performance Systems) is KTM's wholly-owned suspension division, supplying factory-spec forks and rear shocks to all KTM motorcycles as standard equipment. Unlike BMW or Ducati who source Öhlins or Sachs from external suppliers, KTM uses its own WP components across the entire KTM range — from the 450 EXC enduro to the 1290 Super Duke R. The WP Apex fork (open-bath) used on adventure/naked models and the WP Xact fork (pressurised closed-cartridge) used on off-road models share service procedures, spring dimensions, and oil specifications.
