🛑 ATE 4-Piston Front Brake Caliper
Continental's ATE division supplies 4-piston aluminium front calipers to Porsche, BMW, and Ford as OEM equipment. The ATE caliper in the Porsche 944 S2 and Boxster 986 uses the same floating-caliper architecture adapted for disc diameters up to 318 mm. The BMW E30 M3 also uses ATE-supplied brake hardware. ATE and Brembo are the two OEM brake suppliers that most frequently appear across European performance models.
