🛑 Shimano SM-RT900 IceTech Rotor
Shimano's SM-RT900 IceTech Freeza 140/160/180/203 mm rotor uses a three-layer construction — stainless steel friction ring bonded to an aluminium core fin — to dissipate heat at three times the rate of a solid rotor. Specified for use with XTR M9100 and Dura-Ace R9270 hydraulic brakes, the RT900 is found OEM on Trek Fuel EX, Yeti SB150, and Specialized Stumpjumper Evo. The Centerlock interface is shared with Shimano's road and MTB disc calipers, allowing the same rotor to cross between road and MTB builds.
