🔧 Kawasaki Z DOHC Inline-Four Heritage
Kawasaki's Z1 of 1972 was the most powerful standard motorcycle in the world, and its 903cc DOHC inline-four set the template for every superbike that followed. The GPz900R Ninja of 1984 — the original "Ninja" — continued the DOHC inline-four tradition with 115 hp in a slimmer package. The Z900RS of 2017 revives the Z1 styling with a modern 948cc DOHC unit. The same Kawasaki DOHC inline-four philosophy — smooth, powerful, and reliable — has been refined continuously for over 50 years.
