The Mercedes SK (Schwere Klasse / Heavy Class) was the definitive German long-haul truck of the late 1980s and 1990s. With a 440-hp OM442LA V8, air-ride suspension all round, and optional automatic gearbox, it was the most technologically complete European truck of its era.
