Toyota Hilux (3rd Gen)
The third-generation Hilux introduced 4WD to the Hilux range and became the standard by which all small 4×4 pickups were judged. The BBC Top Gear team famously submerged a similar-era Hilux in the sea, set it on fire, and placed it on top of a demolished building — it started every time.
