KMC X12 SL 12-Speed Chain

The KMC X12 SL is a 12-speed MTB chain used as OEM on bikes spec'd with SRAM Eagle or Shimano 12-speed drivetrains, typically by brands sourcing components from multiple suppliers rather than full-groupset packages. KMC's MissingLink re-usable master link is the universal quick-release chain connection across all brands — SRAM, Shimano, and Campagnolo 12-speed chains all use the same KMC MissingLink dimensions. Trek, Giant, and Specialized all use KMC chains on value-spec builds alongside premium Shimano or SRAM derailleurs.
