Yamaha RD350
The Yamaha RD350 is the spiritual godfather of all sporting two-strokes — its Torque Induction System (YEIS) reed-valve induction, rotary valve inlet, and expansion-chamber exhaust produced 39 hp from 347 cc, making it faster than many 750 cc four-strokes of its era. Light, agile, and euphonically loud, the RD350 set a generation of motorcyclists ablaze.
