The Pininfarina-designed 916 GTV was Alfa's return to front-engine sports coupé form after the transaxle Alfasud era. The 3.0 V6 Busso engine — regarded as one of the most euphonic engines ever made — produced 220 hp in an elegant Pininfarina body with a driver-focused, passionate character.
